Are you finding yourself too busy to cook with a new born? Would you like to know how to cook new and healthy food to help drop those baby pounds? Or are you a new and expectant mother who would like to celebrate the new birth of your child?
My name is David Gillott and I am a Private Chef primarily based in London and the South East.
I have looked into developing a service for ante and post natal mothers specialising in personalised baby showers, culinary tuition into how to cook healthy and interesting new dishes, and freshly cooked food for your fridge/freezer.
I have spoken to a number of different post natal mothers who say that they want to lose baby pounds but do not want to go on a strict diet and have wondered what the alternatives are, whilst still eating the food they love.
The services that I want to offer is teaching new mums how to cook food they love but also what they can give to their children when they reach the age they can eat, which will include healthy, reduced fat and salt dishes. Or simply you may just want to learn to cook new and exciting dishes, which I can help you to accomplish.
Everyone wants to celebrate the birth of their new born and so I also offer canapé parties for baby showers or if you are looking for a more formal occasion then a dinner party to mark this memorable moment may be more appropriate and of course every aspect will be tailored to your individual needs.
If you find yourself too busy to cook or unable to because of the hectic lifestyle that a new baby brings then I can cook you a range of different and healthy meals that can sit in your fridge/freezer and you can cook at your convenience. This is a brilliant way of preparing food which does not take hours out of your schedule and you do not have to worry about whether you are eating the right food as this will have already been taken care of.
I trained at Bournemouth College completing the Specialised Chef Course, graduating with distinction. I have worked at various London locations including The Greenhouse and One Lombard Street both of which have Michelin-Stars. I would describe my style of cooking as modern European although I also like to take influences from the Orient. Cooking is my passion and I love to share it with others.
I set up my private chef company in 2008 and since then we have catered for various events in London and the South East. Having gained knowledge from working all over London and in France. I wanted to cook for clients directly, sourcing the best ingredients and cooking seasonal products.
